Eva Gross (also credited as Ev Gross) is a Polish film actress who was active primarily in German film and television during the 1960s and 1970s. She made her television debut in 1963 with an appearance in the series Hafenpolizei and gained wider recognition through a recurring role in the crime series Cliff Dexter (1966–1967). In the early 1970s, Gross transitioned to cinema, appearing in a number of popular entertainment and sexploitation films typical of the era, including St. Pauli Nachrichten: Thema Nr. 1. Her acting career spans roughly two dozen productions, with her last known screen appearance in the mid-1970s.
