An Elephant on the Moon

Paris by night. It’s storming, and raining a lot. A lightning falls on a disabled traffic sign. The 20cm height man on the sign falls on the ground and becomes alive. As he thinks everything in this world is a danger to him, he decides to go to the moon by a balloon.
