Cherry Blossom Festival Ocmulgee River Happening

Artist Beverly Buchanan, accompanied by two people, places a silver bag into Ocmulgee River. The bag is affixed with fishing line and is painted with a cherry blossom and "CP". The bag is shown floating. The artist fishes the bag out with attached string, and it is then lowered into the river by the artist via a bridge.
