Fuel Tank Selection

Part of the “Flight Safety” series of animated shorts commissioned by the U.S. Air Force at the end of World War II. This one features the "Granpaw Pettibone" character, a retired pilot, recounting a fatal incident involving pilot mismanagement of fuel -- the crash was caused by the pilot failing to select the correct fuel tank.
