Halmani

When her elderly Korean grandmother ("Halmani" is grand mother in Korean) comes to live in America with her daughter and her Anglo-American husband, 12-year-old granddaughter Kathy is confused and embarrassed by this strange relative. But in time, Kathy learns to understand and love her Halmani, and thus her heritage.
