Joule

The ‘joule’ is a unit of energy, work or heat. The term is adapted here as a sort of prayer, an exercise in devotion and the act of letting go. In the sequential frames of Joule, a daily practice manifests itself in the form of worship, of liturgy; an expression of tensions straddling the realms of the political and the sacred.
