Marimacha, la encarnación

A teenage girl is bullied by other boys who accuse her of being a lesbian. Later, her mother sends her to the market, but she loses the money she was given. Desperate, she goes to the cemetery, steals a corpse's heart, and passes it off as food. The ghost of the dead man pursues her, demanding its return. Confused, she kills her mother, thinking she is the spirit. Then, the evil spirit kills her. Afterward, three university students investigate the origin of the cross on the grave of this malevolent spirit, but the ghost kills two of them. The third escapes and asks for help from two young soldiers, whom he also kills. The spirit, posing as Maria Marimacha, continues searching for more victims.
