The print is without intertitles and shows images dedicated to various aspects of the First World War and military life. It is a collation of sundry material belonging to different documentaries; for instance, images may be recognized that are also present in "Tra i ghiacci e le nevi del Tonale" [lit. tr. Among the glaciers and snow at the Tonale pass]. Even the quality of the material, unfortunately often poor, varies a lot between one fragment and the next.
