Childhood best friends Enso and Shion decide to go on a spontaneous hike a week before graduation. Throughout their hike, Enso accompanies Shion as they go on a journey to find a lost chick's family they saw along the way, reminiscing about their past, and questioning how people cope with loss. This film, more than anything, is the director's farewell letter to his late best friend, a tribute to the things they had and the promises they could no longer fulfill.
