Patti Pattex loves and lives punk. The lead singer of the Berlin band "Cut My Skin" designs her own "clothes", stands out with her colorful hairstyles and tattoos, is politically engaged and eats a vegan diet. The documentary portrays the singer's life without using the usual punk cliches and shows what lies behind the rough facade - a woman who likes roses and admires her grandma.
