The victory of change is a historical construction of Uruguayan society, with known, longed for and unknown roles. This video documents the last stage of this process. From the referendum in defense of Ancap, to the electoral victory of the Progressive Meeting Frente Amplio Nueva Mayoría. It is a testimony of tribute to those who built this triumph and of commitment to fulfilling our future and our past.
