The sun is gone but we still have the view

The settings for the film are: a dome in Germany; a former USSR zeppelin factory, where a tropical island in the Pacific has been recreated in its entirety; caves in Mallorca illuminated with neon lights and where classical music concerts are held every day in the middle of a subway lake; and a large ski resort in the desert of Dubai.
