The Unpatentable Invention tells the history of how Ray Holt became involved with the U.S. Navy's secret project as a computer engineer in 1968. While he had to keep his invention for the world's first microprocessor chip set secret for 30 years, Intel created their own microprocessor and acquired a patent for it.
