The village idiot who lives near the garbage isn't as stupid as he seems. He rummages through the trash and gathers his daily provisions. In addition to his supper, he gets his news from Malagasy newspapers, which he obtains by mugging a small street vendor. And there, famous politicians—African and Western—will get their comeuppance, quickly dismissed as mere "shit"!
